Get the HD dont waste your money with version, the app doesnt really work.

Worked well until last iOS update. Will no longer connect. Disappointed with support!!!

So now the app works again on IOS9 but now when I click the button to talk the app locks up. Every single time .. This is with both someone ringing the bell or me manually initiating the video. I would call this product a flop at this point I have put up with it for so long and its just broke. Time to find something different.

The doorbell stopped working. Motion sensor stopped working. Dont believe this is weather resistant.

until iOS 7 worked. since iOS 8 never worked. sold it. unemployment is looking around the corner. good luck.

Since the last update, app crashes on my iPhone 4s when starting the video. Please fix it!

Dear Skybell Team, I tried so many times to resolve the Problem with you via your customer care but no changes to get any real help. Your last App update killed now my Skybell completely. Very bad service...

App is not working with iOS 9. No livestream with the camera is working.

Your last two updates in December have made on demand to load up slower., i think u guys need to look into before those two after the November update it was running flawless!!

Please make the app landscape capable as I have my iPad mounted landscape on my wall and bending my neck sideways isnt fun.. Saw the release notes saying Landscape mode but it doesnt seem to work on either my phone or iPad? Would also be great if the settings are offloaded to a different page from the page to call the camera. Thanks

When the buttons are bigger than the video, I think that says it all. Just look at the buttons on the landscape picture for the app. Whoever did that wasnt thinking at all!

Just received this item in mail today. I was pretty excited! However, in the final step of installing the door bell, i found it has one missing screw that is required to secure the unit on the back wall!!! Also, downloaded Skybell app 1.6.7 on my iPhone 6+, created an account, then the app just keep crashing as I hit "Add Skybell function"! Absolutely useless!!! Do not download version 1.6.7 if you have old version!!

Does not work on iPhone 6 Plus anymore after update. App locks up and crashes when answering doorbell, and screen remains black when trying to open video feed

On Iphone 6 ios 9 the app shutdown after a second.

App has been bricked by OS 9.0 update. Very poor functionality - when the app actually works! Skybell needs to add much more functionality to the app. Not practical for logical use.

Since the update, my SkyBell is in working order. I can connect and the video works as needed. Thank you for fixing it!
