Disappointed

Worked great when I first purchased. Now, there is a regular delay of up to 3 minutes after the doorbell rings before it comes through my phone or iPad. Obviously, whoever was at my door has long left by that time. Additionally, audio does not work at all on my iPad Air 2. On a few occasions, a loud squelch comes through and have to reset my iPad to get audio to work in other apps after. Very expensive product to not have addressed this with their customers yet.
