Worked but now does not

When I first got my SkyBell doorbell I was really excited. It actually worked. But that was short-lived. With updates to the app now I have no audio. In addition, on the one time I did have audio, it froze. So I can do now is use the doorbell for a visual of what is going on outside but there is no other functionality. So I spent $200 for something I cant use. When is SkyBell going to provide a new app update that fixes the audio bugs on an iPhone 6? Soooo disappointing. For anyone considering this product wait until it is fixed or purchase someone elses with better reviews.
