No Sound to the door in IOS 9

My SkyBell works fine using IOS 8 but no audio to the door speaker when using IOS 9. It makes it somewhat useless when you cant talk to the person outside your door. You can hear them, but they cant hear you, so what are they going to say when they dont even know anyones listening.
